At Form Capital, we take great care in preparing every order. Each ceramic piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

As many of our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and production schedule.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Our standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days for ready-stock items unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For made-to-order, personalized, or bulk orders, processing times may vary depending on production requirements. Estimated production timelines will be communicated when applicable.

Orders are processed during regular business days only and exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through J&T Express.

However, to provide the best possible delivery service, Form Capital may use other trusted courier partners depending on:

  • delivery location;

  • service availability;

  • operational requirements;

  • courier performance;

  • shipping efficiency.

The courier selected for your order may vary without prior notice.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your shipping confirmation together with your tracking number via the email address provided during checkout whenever available.

Customers may use the tracking number to monitor their shipment directly with the courier.

 

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • delivery location;

  • package size;

  • package weight;

  • courier rates.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

 

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Form Capital is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • incorrect addresses;

  • incomplete addresses;

  • incorrect contact information;

  • failure to receive the delivery.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

 

7. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur.

Form Capital is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier operations;

  • customs clearance;

  • weather conditions;

  • public holidays;

  • force majeure events;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We appreciate your patience should unexpected delays arise.

 

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we encourage you to:

  • take photographs before opening the parcel;

  • inspect the contents immediately;

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the damaged product;

  • photographs of the outer packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label.

This information helps us investigate the matter with the courier and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

9. Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with members of your household or building management.

  2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  3. Reach out to Form Capital if you require further assistance.

We will do our best to assist in locating your shipment, although delivery investigations are ultimately handled by the shipping carrier.

 

10. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
